Parking Bournemouth Airport

Bournemouth Airport Parking Bournemouth Parking

Most unusually, all parking at Bournemouth Airport is onsite, which means even long stay patrons have easy access to the terminal after parking their car. There is a mixture of outdoor and multi-storey parking, all of which we found well run, convenient and low stress.

Official short-stay parking is adjacent to the main terminal, and a stay of under ten minutes is free. You may pay before you return to your car, or as you leave, at the exit barrier. To find the lot follow the signs for Car Park 1.

For more economical long-stay parking, follow the signs to Car Park 1 or 2. One drawback of the long-stay parking is that you will be charged for a minimum of two days, even if you park for less time.

Because Bournemouth is a small airport and with relatively few flights coming through, the city’s public transport is not inclined to have reliable schedules to the terminal, and is therefore advised against.

There is no valet service nor covered parking or walkways at Bournemouth, again due to its small size and volume.

A nearby meet and greet service such as Abacus ( is a convenient alternative. Their opening hours, however, are between 7:30AM and 6PM, so you’re out of luck if you have a red-eye flight.

A discount is offered if booking is done online, and changes and cancellations (with 24 hours notice) can be done as well.
