Pakistan Duty Free AllowancesHere is our guide to your duty free allowances for travellers, tourists and returning nationals to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.To qualify for these duty free allowances you must be of 18 years of age or older.

Individual Duty Free AllowancesAlcohol
You are not permitted to bring any alcohol into Pakistan. The import of any alcoholic is strictly prohibited for both residents and non-residents regardless of their nationality.
Tobacco
200 Cigarettes OR 500 gms of Tobacco OR 50 Cigars.

Personal Effects
Clothes and personal possetions including baggage are permitted to be brought in without incurring any duties. The quantities of such are deemed to be “reasonable” in relation to the length of your stay.
Gifts & Presents
Gifts, presents and souvenirs are permitted but the total may not have a value exceeding PKR 2,000 (Pakistani Rupee – PKR)

Allowance applies to travellers and tourists only

Gifts, presents and souvenirs are permitted for residents of Pakistan subject to:
1st visit in one calendar year, total value not more than 2,000 PKR
2nd visit in one calendar year, total value not more than 1,000 PKR
3rd and subsequent visits there is no duty free allowance.

Perfume
A maximum of 250 ml of Eau de Toilette and perfume, of which not more than 125 ml may be perfume.
