Oman Duty Free Allowances
Here are the current duty free allowance for travellers and tourists visiting the Sultanate of Oman.The duty free allowances are for adult passengers over the age of 21. Muslim passengers are not entitled to any alcohol allowance.Your main international arrival airport is Muscat International Airport (formerly Seeb International) with Salalah Airport (SLL), in the south, currently being modernized to accept additional international traffic.

Up to 400 Cigarettes or 400 grams of rolling tobacco.
A reasonable amount for your own personal use is permitted. We advise a total amount not to exceed 227 ml.
Personal and private items including clothes and toiletries are permitted.
For passenger who are Non Muslims and over the age of 21 you are allowed a personal allowance of wine and spirits up to a maximum of 2 litres OR 24 cans of beer/lager.
Please remember that drinking alcohol in public is strictly prohibited and during Ramadan, drinking anything in public is prohibited.Please remember to check before you travel, as rules and regulations do change.
Visa requirements for the Sultanate of Oman
Visas are required by all visitors except nationals of the Gulf Cooperation Council States. These states are currently, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
